Market22 provides a platform for merchants to sell products or services and for affiliates to promote those products or services in exchange for a commission. Our goal is to create a mutually beneficial relationship between merchants and affiliates while promoting quality products to the African market.
Membership
To become a member of Market22, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. We reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone for any reason. Members must comply with all laws and regulations in their respective countries.
Promotions and Marketing
Affiliates are allowed to promote products on their own websites or social media platforms. However, affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to privacy, data protection, and marketing practices. Affiliates must not engage in any activities that are fraudpent, deceptive, or misleading.
Payments
Market22 pays commissions to affiliates automatically as soon as it is requested, although before you can request a payout you must have made atleast 10 sales. We reserve the right to withhold payments or terminate a member's account for any reason, including suspicion of fraud or violation of our terms of service.
Intellectual Property
All content on Market22's platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Market22 or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Members are not allowed to use or reproduce any of our content without our prior written consent.
Liability
Market22 is not responsible for any damages or losses that may arise from the use of our platform or any products or services sold through our platform. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform.
Termination
Market22 reserves the right to terminate any member's account at any time for any reason, including violation of our terms of service. Upon termination, members will lose access to our platform and any commissions that have not been paid will be forfeited.
